TP 3 - wear-resistant universal packing made of meta-aramid fiber

Thanks to the remarkable fiber technology of the Nomex® yarn, combined with a PTFE coating and a trapezoidal braid, TP 3 trapezoidal packing is a flexible packing with excellent mechanical and chemical properties. The low coefficient of friction, due to both the yarn used and the special geometric shape, minimizes wear on the shaft. As a result, the packing rings do not overheat on the shaft and their service life is significantly extended compared to conventional square braids.

TP 31 - innovative material combination for highest requirements

The combination braid of ePTFE yarn with incorporated graphite and Nomex® meta-aramid fiber with special impregnation, complemented by a silicone-based inlet lubricant, offers an impressive solution for challenging sealing applications. It can be used in centrifugal pumps, mixers, agitators and filters, and is used in the chemical and paper industries. Thanks to its high elasticity, this packing can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily.

TP 63 - Universal talent in the W-profile

The Trapezpack 63, made of Nomex® yarn and a thermally conductive ePTFE yarn, presents itself as a non-contaminating packing specially designed for sealing abrasive products in pumps and other equipment with rotating shafts. It features a pore-filling coating that increases compactness and secures the packing against crystallizing media. A special feature of this seal is the W-profile reinforcing braid, which reduces shaft wear. The trapezoidal design minimizes friction, which in turn extends seal life and reduces maintenance requirements.
