• The hight of the lantern ring depends on the size of packing

Applications: Protects shafts against wear

Materials and Measurements: Base sleeve can be ordered in all kinds of steel, titanium, nickel based alloys and a number of other materials.
Protection coatings can be ordered in carbide or ceramic materials available in diameters up to 1650 mm or cut into half-liners

Advantages: Longer life cycles due to wear resistant surface coatings - prevention from production stops and/or high maintenance investment

Main Applications: Special thread sealing tape made of pure PTFE for sealing all kind of thread connections as well as pipe couplings in chemical industry, gas and water supply, hydraulics and pneumatics. Applicable for all media in the range from pH 0-14, temperature range from -240°C up to +260°C and pressure up to 170  bar (according to consistence of thread)

Approvals: DVGW- tested for operation in gas and water supply according to DIN 30 660. BAM approval for gaseous compressed oxygen up to 60°C in combination with pressure up to 40 bar.
Not suitable for fluid oxygen.

Packing Units:

• 1/2'' tape: 12,7 mm wide and 13,3 m length per roll; 1 order unit is 10 rolls
• 1'' tape: 25 mm wide , 0,2 mm thick and 25 m length / per roll
